Dear Lisa,
I have a newborn and have heard recently about the dangers of a chemical called BPA (Bisphenol A) that can leach from water bottles and baby bottles. Do you have any comments or information about this? Liz A.
As you are probably aware that we carry safe baby bottles, nipples, sippy cups and trainer cups that do not contain the harmful chemical Bisphenol A. We also have vented glass baby bottles. This chemical was found in 95% of people tested in the U.S. As a potential endocrine disruptor, there are
links to prostate & breast cancer and we advise caution against plastics that could leach this into you or your child's drink and end up in your body.
